ABOUT ME
Hi, I'm Alyssa, owner/operator of ALM Custom Painting. I'm a lifelong artist and a natural mover and shaker. I thrive on transforming and creating fresh, new spaces.
I studied Visual Communications at the Art Institute of Philadelphia where I focused on color theory and design, while honing my fine art skills. Early in my career, I was fortunate to work with and be mentored by two extraordinary women. One is a highly skilled specialty painter who taught me the ins and outs of running a faux painting business. The other, a high-end interior designer with impeccable taste, whose clientele is based on the Main Line and Philadelphia. Working with these women during my formative years was an incredible gift and taught me so much about the business of paint, color, and interior design.
Since then, I have continuously expanded my knowledge and skill from a variety of projects and experimenting with new and innovative products, as well as fulfilling the needs of many different interior designers and contractors.
Now 20+ years in the business, I am still thrilled everyday by the challenge of a new project. Through color, aesthetic, paint, and professionalism, I help my clients transform their spaces and reveal their creative visions.
